World’s Best Vineyards 2019

Bodega Garzón obtained second place in the Top 50 of World’s Best Vineyards 2019, a new acknowledgement following the award of New World Winery of 2018 by Wine Enthusiast and the recently achieved LEED Certification for all its facilities, which makes Bodega Garzón the world’s first fully sustainable winery.

This important recognition places Garzón in second place, having competed against 1.500 other wineries from all over the world, and not only outstanding for its tourism activities, but also for the quality and characteristic of its vineyards.

The decision was made by different wine, gastronomy and tourism experts from all over the world, which gathered in London’s luxurious Banqueting House for the awards gala, created to celebrate the best wines of our time.

Garzón adds this important recognition to its list of recent achievements, including the launch of Balasto 2016 in the famous Place de Bordeaux, the inauguration of exclusive Private Club ‘The Garzón Club’, the outstanding presence of Balasto 2015 in the Top 100 of Wine & Spirits, Tannat Reserva 2015 in the Top 100 of Wine Spectator Magazine and Tannat Single Vineyard 2017 in Masters of Wine.

Bulgheroni, it has a vineyard of over one thousand plots and a sustainable 19,050 m2 building.
